LA COCO — Pure Cocoa
Cocoa Cake

What remains after pressing.

Cocoa cake is the dense, aromatic material left after part of the cocoa butter is pressed from cocoa liquor. It is primarily a professional and industrial ingredient — often milled further to specification.
